Who we are

NJAx Technologies (“we”, “us”) is based in Jaipur, India. This policy covers the website at njax.tech and how we handle personal data from consultation enquiries and advertising measurement.

What we collect

When you submit the consultation form, we collect:

• Name and email (required)
• Phone, company, company size, industry, primary goal, current tools, timeline, budget, and your message (if you provide them)
• The page URL you submitted from

We also store a one-way hash of your IP address for spam rate-limiting. We do not store your raw IP address.

Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to your consultation request and follow up on that enquiry. We do not use form data to run unrelated marketing lists.

Where it is stored

Leads are stored in Google Firebase / Cloud Firestore. The database is in the asia-south2 region (Delhi). Access from the public website is denied; only our server-side function can write leads.

Advertising measurement

We use the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance. It records page views and a Schedule event when a consultation form is submitted successfully. Meta may process device and usage data under its own policies.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties except the processors named here (Google Cloud / Firebase, Cloudflare Turnstile for spam checks, and Meta for ad measurement) or if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data until the consultation is closed, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Spam-control IP hashes expire as rate-limit records age out.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Email hello@njax.tech. We will handle requests in line with applicable Indian data protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
